Former CLUB CAMOGIE PLAYER Kate O’Sullivan Co-owner of Fable Bakery won a competition to win a 12 month lease at the front of Sprout & Co on Dawson Street.

Kate & Elyse both trained at Ballymaloe Cookery school and started selling their produce at the Herbert Market and Phibsborough markets and built a loyal following for their Scandinavian style buns & cakes.
